This Cookie Policy explains how ConsentLab uses cookies and trackers on its own website consentlab.eu, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the guidelines of the CNIL (France's data protection authority, deliberation no. 2020-091 of 17 September 2020).

2.3 Advertising cookies
ConsentLab uses no advertising or marketing tracking cookies on its site.
3. Cookies set by the ConsentLab Widget
Important distinction: the ConsentLab Widget integrated on our Customers' sites may set a cookie to remember the Visitor's consent choice. This cookie is set on the Customer's site, not on consentlab.eu. Its management falls under the Customer's cookie policy.
The Widget cookie contains only the consent identifier (UUID) and the choices made by the Visitor. It does not contain any advertising identifier or tracking data.
