Is the free plan really usable in production?
Yes. You get 5,000 sessions per month and unlimited domains, with no credit card. Most of our competitors limit their free plan to 50 pages or 200 visitors/month, which is unusable. Ours is a real product, not a demo.
Is my data secure?
Your consent data and your visitors' data are hosted exclusively in France, at OVH. No transfer outside the EU. Compliant with GDPR and CNIL recommendations.
How long does it take to install the widget?
2 minutes: create your account, add your domain, copy one line of code into the <head> of your site. The banner appears immediately.
Is it compatible with Google Ads and Analytics?
Yes, natively. We send Google & Microsoft Consent Mode v2 signals as soon as a visitor makes their choice. Your Google Ads campaigns keep tracking conversions in a compliant way.
What happens if I exceed my session quota?
Your banner keeps working (GDPR requires it, we never cut you off). You receive a warning email and we offer an upgrade. You can also enable auto-scale so we automatically increase your quota.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. No commitment, no hidden fees. You can cancel from your dashboard in 1 click, and you keep access until the end of your paid period.
Why charge per sessions and not per domains?
Because that's our only real cost (infrastructure processes requests). Others charge per domain to inflate your bill artificially. With us, you can have 50 sites with 100 visits each for the same price as 1 site with 5,000 visits.
